About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Teacher to join our Infants team at BestStart Albany! We are a vibrant, enthusiastic group of educators deeply passionate about teaching and learning.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.

Role requirements:

Commit to making a difference in the lives of young learners with a team dedicated to excellence. We are looking for the following:

• B Ed/Dip Teaching Level 7 (ECE) and current teacher registration/certification
• Good understanding of child-led curriculum, planning and extending on our children's learning
• Demonstrate good knowledge of the current ECE Regulations, Te Whariki and hold compliance in a high regard
• A strong commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi through pedagogical practices
• Passion and commitment for teaching and learning with a focus on delivering quality
