Team Leader position: Specialized in Reggio approach to learning and Primary Caregiving – Lollipops Blighs Road Christchurch

The Role:
We are looking for a passionate Team Leader to lead our 3–5-year-old room (Pukeko Room) managing a team of 3 teachers. We are expecting you to have a great understanding of Reggio approach and Primary Caregiving. This is a large room with 25 to 32 children offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact.The role is permanent with weekly hours 30-40 hours per week to suit your availability.

What We're Looking For:
- NZ full Registered Teacher
- Leadership skills (or the potential to develop them)
- Experienced with primary care and the Reggio Emilia approach (or a willingness to learn)
- Strong understanding of assessment and planning as a team leader
- Passion for guiding children through their learning journey up to primary school
