Chinese Chef

In this role, you will be responsible for

• Cook dishes according to customers’ orders
• Decide menus and order cooking materials with other staff
• Stock control and minimise food wastage
• Cleaning and maintaining a hygienic work environment at all times
• Demonstrate flexibility in regards to working on a six day roster including weekends and public holidays

• At least 2 years relevant work experience
• Relevant cookery qualification
• Good knife skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen
• Prefer to have Chinese cooking experience
