POSITION: Excavator Operator/ Labourer.
We’re looking for an experienced excavator operator prominently using a 1.7 to 3.5 Tonne machine. With a minimum of 3 years’ experience. The job also entails doing the hard graft as a labourer when required, its just part of what we do.Mainly all our work is on the road reserves, so digging around existing services with safe working practices in place
LOCATION: Hamilton
RESPONSIBILITIES:As our workload expands, we are looking for hardworking and reliable civil workers to join our Hamilton Branch. To be a successful candidate in this role, you will need to be an energetic individual with a 'can-do' attitude, capable of collaborating closely with a small team in a challenging project-based environment.
Quality, efficiency, and safety are paramount in this role.
Fieldwork may involve exposure to varying weather conditions, and construction environments. Physical stamina and the ability to navigate construction sites are essential attributes for this role alongside good, clear communication.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:- Energetic and safety-conscious
- Possession of a minimum full Class 2 license
- Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team.
- Previous experience in similar positions
- Good communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and reliability
- Drug-free with the ability to pass random drug tests.
