The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Sales / Administrative Assistant to join our Invercargill based team.
As Sales/Administration Assistant you will be the welcoming face in our showroom, assisting and serving customers and also the friendly voice to telephone calls. You will also be dealing with orders and enquiries from our agents nationwide, whilst taking ownership of administration support including data entry and filing, for our sales and accounts team.
It`s a full time position (Monday to Friday) and would be ideal for someone that is organised, used to prioritizing tasks, that has a positive attitude and unrivalled problem-solving abilities, takes initiative and can function well under pressure.
To succeed in this role, you will also have great attention to detail, good communication skills both written and spoken, be self-motivated and adaptable, have excellent computer skills (and a willingness to learn new systems), and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with tenacity and professionalism.
The ideal candidate must work well with others, enjoy collaboration, able to take direction and importantly have a great sense of humour.
