Cleaner

We are looking for reliable and flexible cleaners to join our team at The Maintenance House. This role primarily involves carrying out residential one-off exit cleans, as well as there may be some regular cleans too. For the right individual, there is potential for career growth into a team leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform one-off exit cleans for various residential properties, ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard.Regular weekly or fortnightly residential cleans as required.
Short Term accommodation, turn-over cleaning.
Other general labour tasks as required.
Ensure the proper use and handling of all provided cleaning materials and equipment.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Flexibly adapt to changing workloads and priorities.
Requirements:
Must have full driver’s licence and a clean driving record.Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleaning standards.
Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
Flexible and willing to take on additional tasks outside of regular cleaning duties.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A positive, can-do attitude and ability to work as part of a team when needed.
Previous cleaning experience is required.
What We Offer:
Guaranteed 30+ hours per week (for full-time staff only).Company vehicle and petrol card provided (for full-time permanent staff) - Mileage reimbursed for casual/part-time staff.
