Key Responsibilities:- Assist customers with plant selection and gardening advice
- Provide plant care, watering & Maintenace
- Ensure the garden center is clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Work in all weather conditions
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions.
- Enthusiastic and energetic with a passion for gardening.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A bonus would be if you had design flair.
