What We're Looking For:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment preferred, particularly in the blue-collar space. Or interested in beginning your recruitment career and 1-2 years experience in sales.
  • A passion for cultivating meaningful relationships with clients and staff.
  • Alignment with our values and a seamless fit into our vibrant culture.
  • A valid driver's license (full or restricted).
  • Accountability, a can-do attitude, and a genuine concern for health, safety, and wellbeing.
