Forklift Driver / General Hand

We are on the look out for experienced Forklift Drivers and General Hands for a variety of clients around the Nelson and Tasman Region!!

Full time position : Monday - Friday, Day and Afternoon shift available!

• Feed timber in or out of machinery as required, ensure timber is graded correctly and paperwork is completed on time.
• Keeping area tidy and free of hazards as well as keeping equipment in good working order.
• Production support
• Ensure product is up to a quality standard
• Working unsupervised
• Being efficient and productive
• Have orders ready by dispatch date

• To be friendly, honest and have a good attitude
• Are willing to be accountable, take responsibility and show integrity
• Willingness to learn and reliability
• Reliable transport
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must have a clean Criminal Record

• Have current OSH licence and F endorsement as well as Forklift experience

Although sound experience in the role is certainly preferred, it is not essential. Training can be provided to any candidate willing to learn and understand the mechanics and art of this industry.
