Key accountabilities of the role….
Operational and financial management of restaurant performance, ensuring that targets are met and exceeded wherever possible.Driving sales and key business objectives through working with sales goals and participating in marketing activities
Outstanding customer serviceability
Leading aspects of recruitment, training, and coaching of Assistant Managers and Crew Members
Do you have?
A current full driver’s licenseHospitality or Fast Food Industry experience
Preferably a minimum of 3 years of experience managing at a high-volume level
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including late nights and weekends
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
