Tasks & responsibilities- Monitor service quality and staff performance to maintain high guest satisfaction levels
- Identifying and growing revenue streams in all food & beverage departments
- Ensuring adequate control systems are in place for stock control, inventory management, stock requisition, and expenditure.
- Analysing a departmental F&B P&L statement
- Building a highly engaged and driven ELEVATE culture with a focus on engagement, performance management and identification, development and retention of high potential team members
- Producing or overseeing the release of staff rosters on a weekly basis, whilst maintaining wage costs to financial forecasts and budgets.
- Experience in a commercial hotel environment as a Food & Beverage Manager
- License Controller Qualification and General Manager certificate would be favorable.
- Proven understanding of food and beverage service standards.
- Understanding of restaurant financials and cost control
- Annual bonus incentive up to 10% of base salary
