Assistant Manager

Do you have a passion for great food and outstanding customer service? Pita Pit is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Manager to help lead our team and deliver the fresh, fun, and fast experience our customers love!

What You'll Do:

• Support the Store Manager in daily operations
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve excellence
• Ensure high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and customer service
• Assist with inventory control, staff scheduling, and cash handling
• Drive a positive and energetic team culture
• Step up to manage the store in the Manager’s absence

What We’re Looking For:

• 1 Year experience in hospitality or food service or relevant qualification
• The applicant has to start early morning ( 4.00 am )
• Excellent communication and people skills
• A hands-on, can-do attitude with great attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
• 30 to 40 hours per week and $25 to 30 per hour
• Passion for healthy food and an awesome customer experience
