Job Description: We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Duty Manager to join our team at Play2Win. This position requires someone who is available to work weekends and evenings, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the bowling alley during shifts.
Ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests.
Supervise and support staff members, including coordinating shift changes.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Monitor stock levels and ensure all supplies are replenished.
Assist with the planning and execution of special events and promotions.
Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and company & Licence policies.
Serving alcohol adhering to sale and supply act & conditions of licence
Skills & Requirements:
MUST HAVE CURRENT DUTY MANAGER CERTIFICATE
Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a leisure or hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to work weekends and evenings.
Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
