The Role

We are seeking expression of interest from people who come from a software development background that have taken an interest in AI & Data Science. The ideal candidate began their career as a software developer and has since developed strong expertise in artificial intelligence and data science.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI models and data-driven solutions that enhance our products and contribute to our overall business strategy.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.

Analyze and interpret complex datasets to extract meaningful insights that inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop data-driven features and tools.
Design and implement data pipelines and frameworks for data collection, processing, and analysis.
Continuously monitor, optimize, and validate AI models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science to apply best practices and innovative solutions.

Create clear and comprehensive documentation for data models, algorithms, and processes.

Key Skills
Proven experience as a software developer, with a strong foundation in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
Demonstrated expertise in AI and machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data mining techniques, and predictive modeling.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data manipulation (e.g., SQL, Pandas).
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Experience in natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision is a plus.

Background in business intelligence and data strategy development.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
