We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Sales Assistant to be the welcoming face of our **Whangarei Village.** As a key part of our Sales team, you’ll help build strong relationships with residents and their families, particularly those in the senior community.

Your ability to connect with people from all walks of life is essential!

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you’ll play a crucial role by supporting the team with a range of tasks, including:

  • Handling sales administration and follow-ups
  • Greeting and assisting customers with warmth and professionalism
  • Organising events and coordinating open days
  • Providing cover and support where needed

In this role, you’ll gain exposure to various sales processes, including guiding potential residents through the Summerset sales journey.

The hours of this role are Tuesday to Saturday 8.30am - 5pm with some flexibility.

  • Demonstrated sales ability
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to pick up new systems
  • High standards of personal presentation
  • A genuine interest in working with older people and their families
  • The ability to work 40 hours per week including one weekend day
