We are currently looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Centre Administrator to join our close-knit, energetic team. This role is key to ensuring the smooth running of our centre, allowing us to provide the best possible care and education for our tamariki.

About the Role

We are seeking an organised, friendly, and proactive Centre Administrator to keep our centre running smoothly. In this role, no two days will be the same. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our whanau
  • Handling data entry, bookings, and parent queries
  • Managing parent accounts, payments, and direct debits
  • Meeting daily, weekly, and termly deadlines with strong attention to detail
  • Using Excel, Word, and Outlook to streamline administration tasks
  • Occasionally engaging with tamariki and supporting our teaching team

We offer comprehensive training and ongoing support through our National Admin Support Team and structured procedures to help you succeed.

This is a fixed-term position (covering parental leave), working 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, ending in August 2025.
