ConsultANZ is looking for a Production Manager opportunity based in Hornby, Christchurch with a leading manufacturer in New Zealand’s building products industry.
Main Duties:
- Lead and manage a team of 40-50 staff with 7-10 direct reports.
- Oversee daily operations across manufacturing, health & safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Manage production planning, budget control, and operational performance.
- Drive a high-performance culture while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.
Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in precast and concrete manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science or relevant qualification (or equivalent operational/manufacturing experience).
- Proven leadership in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
