We are seeking a permanent full-time Territory Sales Manager superstar in the Auckland - Central South region. Our TSM roles have evolved to become a unique and exciting position for a passionate go-getter.
You will be responsible for a large territory of retail value, building relationships with owners/buyers, driving our grocery portfolio to ensure we are winning on the shelf every day whilst driving business development opportunities in the distribution marketplace to improve our depth and breadth of range across end users in rest of market.

Join our highly engaged, customer-focused sales team managing this key strategic territory, having the opportunity to work across the Retailers, Independents, wholesales and distributor outlets.You'll bring your valued sales experience, alongside a desire to learn & evolve as the role and industry requires.
What would be your key responsibilities?- Auckland Central and South Sales territory.
- Partner with retailers, Independent, distributors, and wholesale outlets in your area, establishing excellent relationships within your territory.
- Achieve sales, market share, distribution, availability, and coverage targets within your defined area and ensure that our trade incentives and activities are put to the best use.
- Driving growth and hungry for sales.
- Business Development through cold calling with end users.
- Rolling your sleeves up as required to merchandise so ensure that you are physically fit.
- 3-5+ years FMCG experience with retail and/or distribution customer, transferable experience from other industries will be considered.
- Go-getter - someone who is hungry for a role to accelerate their career. You are driven by results and thrive on the challenge of chasing down opportunities across the market you are responsible for.
- Ability to deal with the speed and complexity of managing multiple customer, brands and channels.
- Self-supportive, managing time and resources effectively.
- Have strong communication and people skills, and the ability to build rapport and relationships quickly.
- Able to use your initiative and to act exclusively when required.
- Efficient, accurate and timely in the administration associated with the role.
- Strong commercial acumen to support pricing activation and margins.
- You have a Full Driver's license
- You preferably reside in the territory that you will be managing - Central/South Auckland.
