About the Role:- Develop and implement growth strategies for the New Zealand, Australia, and Pacific Islands markets.
- Lead business development activities, including market analysis, revenue forecasting, and school engagement.
- Strengthen relationships with educational institutions, ministries, and stakeholders.
- Represent Cambridge at high-profile educational events, conferences, and seminars.
- Manage CRM data and oversee professional development opportunities for schools and educators.
You are a strategic leader with a proven track record in business development and team leadership. You excel at forming relationships with educational leaders and government bodies, ensuring Cambridge remains a trusted partner in international education.
Key Skills, Experience and Competencies include:- Bachelor's degree (required), postgraduate qualification (preferred).
- Strong background in international education and/or sales management in New Zealand, Australia, and Pacific Islands.
- Leadership: Skilled in leading teams and driving business growth through strategic vision.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with fluency in English.
- Cultural Sensitivity: Ability to navigate and collaborate in a diverse, multicultural environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growth and innovation.
- Strong relationship management and customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
