Kia ora, we are looking for our "next" Bar Manager to join our team at The Next Bar & Eatery in Gulf Harbour, Hibiscus Coast. Our current manager has been with us for the last 5 years (including our previous bar), but it's her time to move forward with her career in property.

This is a full time role (approximately 40 hours) suitable for someone with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a bar or restaurant with good wine, spirits and cocktail knowledge. There may be the option of making it a part-time role for the right person.

A current Alcohol Manager's Certificate is essential, along with a friendly personality and banter.

You can expect a fun, busy, friendly work environment, staff meals and drinks, awesome guests, and staff discounts (for yourself and immediate family) at our venue at Fairway Bay Marina.

You must be able to work nights and weekends (Wed - Sun) but you will always have Mondays and Tuesdays off. And we are flexible when you need a Fri or Sat night off to socialise and enjoy life.

We prefer someone intending to stay for at least 1 year.
