About the RoleAs a Senior Programme Coordinator in the Delivery Unit, you will play a pivotal role in implementation of the Health Delivery Plan. You will collaborate with delivery advisors to ensure that effective systems are established and maintained, enabling seamless information flow and efficient operations within the unit.
Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the management of unit information, implementing processes that enhance operational effectiveness, and ensuring data integrity across all reporting functions.Along with managing information, you will also be responsible for preparing reports on delivery.
Your analytical skills will be essential as you undertake research and analytical work to support the broader Delivery Unit team. By developing and managing the operating routines of the Delivery Unit, you will contribute significantly to the unit's overall role in supporting the implementation of the Health Delivery Plan.About youThe ideal candidate for the Senior Programme Coordinator position will possess a strong background in programme management within complex portfolios, with experience of the public sector.Essential Skills and Experience:Proven track record in managing large, complex delivery programmes, preferably within the New Zealand public sector or health sector.Demonstrated expertise in planning, reporting, risk management, change management, and administration.Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with agency teams, fostering collaboration on priority projects.Capable of leading, planning, and organising work independently and within a broader team context, displaying a high degree of discipline and commitment to delivering results.Working for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
