Working in a well-established premium flower-growing business, known for treating their team right. They offer excellent working conditions, great training, and they are proud of their low staff turnover.

• Hands-on work in an environment protected from the elements
• Competitive pay $26+ per hour (based on experience)

• Preparing soil and planting bulbs
• Managing crops and assisting with pest control and spraying
• Harvesting flowers and preparing them for dispatch
• Operating machinery and helping with general maintenance

The flowers are grown undercover all year round, so there's always something to do. You'll enjoy a variety of tasks across the seasons, typically working Monday to Friday, 6-7am to 4.30pm with some public holiday work when needed.

• Proven physical fitness and experience in a manual job (e.g. landscaping, farming, cleaning)
• A positive, can-do attitude and team player mindset
• Mechanical aptitude - confident using tools and machinery
• A genuine interest in learning and developing new skills
