Sales Support / Customer Service

This position is fulltime permanent, and the successful candidate will be based from our Hybrid site in Islington, Christchurch
About the role
Some of the things you’ll get up to in this role include:
- Responding to inbound inquiries via phone and email
- Preparing quotes & processing orders
- Proactively following up with customers to get their feedback
- Assisting in the day-to-day performance of the branch, including stock management and other administrative responsibilities
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Intermediate level or above Computer Skills
- Great attention to detail
- Fantastic warm and friendly telephone manner
- Experience in customer facing role and values a high level of customer service
- Ability to be flexible and work in a small team environment and assist where necessary
