Christchurch - Sales Assessor / Auditor - EECA Insulation Subsidy
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at Insulation South as an Insulation Sales Assessor / Auditor across the Canterbury and West Coast regions.
We are looking for a Sales Assessor / Auditor to engage with homeowners to promote and sell our retrofit insulation services. Insulation South is an authorised sub-contractor for EECA’s Warmer Kiwi Homes programme, delivering Government funded insulation retrofits to low-income homes across New Zealand.You’ll be focusing in this area of our market and assessing homes eligibility for 80-90% subsidies. You will complete and document a home assessment and provide the homeowner with a quote. You will follow up your quotes addressing any questions and confirm the sale.
At the completion of installed jobs, you will also be completing a post-installation quality and safety audit.
You need to be comfortable and capable of climbing into roof cavities, and under floors to check insulation and complete post-installation quality and safety checks. You will need to be good with numbers and have a practical mindset as you’ll be measuring spaces and preparing quotes.
The role involves travel across the West Coast and Canterbury regions including nights away from home.
What you'll be doing- Generating and calling leads (supported by our marketing team)
- Qualifying and contacting leads within a day and booking insulation assessments
- Conduct insulation assessments in accordance with the EECA program guidelines
- Provide a quote to the homeowner and convert the sale
- Conduct a post installation audit once our team has completed the installation
- Manage the entire process in Salesforce, including responding to questions from our QA team
- Work with the Managing Director and partners to grow the company
- Earn $80,000 base salary plus uncapped commission. OTE is over $100,000 PA.
What we're looking for:
- A highly driven candidate with a passion for customer service and attention to detail
- Someone who is well presented with excellent communication skills
- You'll need to be fit, healthy and comfortable climbing into hot ceilings and dirty under floors
- Previous sales experience
- A full clean driver's license and the ability to travel away from home
- Above all else, a great attitude and work ethic.
- Base salary of $80,000 P/A with an uncapped commission structure. On target earnings is over $100,000 P/A
