They’re seeking an experienced all-round Finance and Admin Payable to join their friendly team on an initial 5-month contract, in their Auckland city-fringe office.
About the Role:
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coding high volumes of supplier invoices accurately and efficiently
- Preparing weekly payment runs and liaising with suppliers to resolve queries
- Supporting the finance team with month-end processes and general admin tasks
About You:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable and Administration within a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- High level of accuracy, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
