ANISHA FOODS LIMITED T/A APNA ADDA, Auckland, runs a fast-food chain in a food truck. We are on the lookout for a motivated and committed Fast Food Manager to join our team in our Fast Food Establishment in Auckland. You will be responsible for the Fast Food Establishment operation & will provide excellent customer service.

We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week with a pay rate between $31.00 - $32.00 p/h.

You will be required to work as per the roster, you need to be available on weekends and public holidays. You need to be available to work in Floating and split shifts.

v Your Key Responsibilities –

Ensure the smooth running of the Fast Food Establishment (FFE) by keeping staffing up to date.

Monitor the inventory levels through the ordering of stock, daily and spot inventory checks, assuring correct receiving and stocking are made by the team member.

Ensure regular stock-take/inventory and ensure that products received correspond to orders.

Conduct quality checks of products.

Observe and ensure the overall appearance and cleanliness of the Fast Food Establishment.

Direct and organise training programs to keep Fast Food Establishment staff informed and knowledgeable of Fast Food Establishment products.

Ensure staff is trained in proper customer relations skills and sales techniques in an effort to maintain a high quality of service to the public.

Be competent in cash handling and aid in preparing daily sales reports, deposit preparation, and change orders.

Responsible for cash security; prepared daily bank deposits and matched cash with daily sales summary.

Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as apparent or as assigned.

Listen to client feedback/complaints and ensure they are actioned accordingly Identify current and future requirements of customers.

Identify and implement methods of improvement and bring about promotional ideas to increase sales Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards are obeyed.

Design Promotional activities and coordinate with the digital marketing team to create advertisements and publish them on various digital platforms.

Ensures prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.

Offer special offers and other facilities such as on-time delivery to the B2B Customers.

Encourage customers to share their feedback on our digital

platform, which helps us to improve.

Analyse sales revenue and make forecasts.

Deliveries are dispatched accurately and within the given timeframe for all online customers.

Developing & implementing effective marketing strategies to ensure business profitability.

Manage complete operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel. Prepare and roll out weekly roasters for the staff members.

Prepare and control the monthly budget for minimum expenditure and efficiency.

Setting pricing of the products in order to make optimum business profitability.

Ensure compliance of all Fast Food Establishment operations to all applicable laws and regulations.

Maintain records of financial transactions & ensure there are no discrepancies between food sold and cash received.

Making key decisions about stock control, product mix and pricing, including implementing a stock control system with discounting and clearance when required.

v Skills and Experience required:

Must have 2-3 Years work relevant experience. A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree can substitute the requirement of work experience.

Need to be a mature person who can handle responsibilities during shifts for the Fast Food Establishment and staff independently.

Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential as detailed training will be provided to the selected candidate.

Ability to work in a Multicultural Environment.

Possess motivational and leadership skills.

Team player and ability to work competently under pressure.

Must be able to work across any shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Must be a fit, quick thinker, reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.

Able to lift weights up to 25kg.

Must be able to pass random drug test
