About the Role
As an Admin Assistant, you will work closely with the Operations Manager to provide effective support and contribute to the day-to-day operations of the service. The role includes meeting coordination, communications and reporting, recordkeeping, and requires a high level of flexibility and collaboration as you work with the Operations Manager to determine what administration assistance they require on a daily basis.

The General Surgery Service at Te Whatu Ora Waitemata consists of a team of Surgeons, Nurses, Clerical staff based at North Shore Hospital who continually strive for excellence. Collectively, they provide services at North Shore Waitakere Hospitals, Totara Haumaru, and the Elective Surgery Centre.
About you
To be successful in this role, you'll be a highly motivated and adaptable administrator, with excellent time management skills and a professional manner. You'll be well presented, have a positive attitude with effective communication skills, as well as being proficient in Microsoft Office.Experience working as an administrator in a fast-paced health care environment would be highly advantageous.
