Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is responsible for developing and managing database architecture, ensuring data accuracy and completeness, and supporting the organization's data-driven decision-making processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity, optimizing database performance, and implementing security measures in a telecommunication company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the database architecture, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of data master files.
• Perform routine operational tasks such as backups, recovery procedures, and enforcing security and integrity controls.
• Implement and administer comprehensive documentation, guidelines, policies, and procedures for effective database administration.
• Test and implement upgrades to the database systems, resolving any identified issues and ensuring adherence to quality testing scripts and processes.
• Take ownership of system security and disaster recovery planning, including monitoring and management of associated processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with security vendors, suppliers, and service providers to analyze, recommend, install, and maintain software security applications.
• Monitor contractual obligations, performance delivery, and service level agreements to ensure compliance and satisfactory service.
• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and support business decisions.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize network performance, improve customer experience, and enhance revenue strategies.
• Develop reports and dashboards to visualize key performance indicators and trends.
