- Diabetes to provide high quality, evidenced based nutrition care and education to those patients / Whanau who are at risk or are nutritionally compromised (focus on Diabetes and Renal) that incorporates the Nutrition Care Process.
This is a fixed term parental leave cover for 12 months.
