Customer service manager

We are a growing company that specialises in providing Vietnamese products across New Zealand. We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead and manage our customer service team, ensuring customer satisfaction and handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the customer service team to ensure high-quality service.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally through various communication channels.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues related to products, deliveries, and services.
• Train and support the customer service team to enhance their skills and ensure high levels of performance.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure adherence to service standards and company policies.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively, ensuring positive outcomes for customers.
• Work closely with drivers to follow up on deliveries and ensure timely, accurate deliveries to customers.

• Previous experience in customer service or team management.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to perform at a high standard.
• Proficiency in using customer service management tools and software MYOB.
• Knowledge of Vietnamese culture and Vietnamese products is a significant advantage. Fluency in Vietnamese is preferred
