You will be responsible for but not limited to:* Framing and structural assembly for residential and commercial buildings* Installing windows, doors, and other fixtures* Conducting repairs and renovations on existing structures* Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise work* Working closely with site supervisors and other trades to complete projects to the highest standards* Handling general site preparation and clean-up* Transporting and organising tools and materials What We're Looking For:* Relevant experience in carpentry or as a hammer hand* Strong attention to detail and safety* Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions* Good communication skills and reliability* Own tools (preferred but not required) Why Join OneStaff?* Great pay rates* Ongoing training and career progression* Supportive, experienced team environment* Opportunity to work on diverse, high-quality projects in 2025!
