Maintenance person

Around $30 per hour or more depending on skill set
- Work hours: 8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday
- A work van will be provided with a fuel card
We are currently looking for someone who is mid-way through their carpentry apprenticeship or a recently qualified carpenter who is interested in working as a maintenance technician (handy person).
You will be driving a work van across the greater Auckland region (from Warkworth to Waiuku) between sites using your own tools to undertake maintenance work.Your duties will include screwing in boards, placing pavers, assembling flatpacks, fixing toilet paper rolls, making trellises, & fixing decks. You will occasionally be helping builders and doing demolition work.
What you will get:- $28 - $32 per hour depending on skill set

- Interviewing immediately for the right people
- Must be immediately available or soon to be
- Must be at least experienced as a carpentry apprentice or recently qualified
- Must own most of your own tools
- Capable of working independently and liaising with clients to make appointments
- Must have a full class 1 drivers licence
