The Role
We’re seeking an organised and proactive person to keep our office running smoothly. You’ll support a range of tasks, from transport coordination to finance, with the opportunity to grow into a more operational role as we expand. All training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities- Support the team to schedule transport, dispatch, and coordinate drivers.
- Prepare transport documents (e.g., overdimension permits, RUC's).
- Liaise with drivers, operations, and customers.
- Assist with invoicing, payments, and financial records.
- Act as the key contact for queries.
- 2+ years in office administration preferable (transport experience a plus).
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Team player with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s licence preferred.
- Logistics or freight experience.
- Familiarity with transport management systems.
- Knowledge of NZ transport regulations.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero).
